1. The service

Tenora is a rental dossier service that helps tenants in the Netherlands build, manage, and share rental application documents. By using Tenora, you agree to these terms.

2. Your account

You must provide a valid email address and create a secure password. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. You must be at least 16 years old to use Tenora.

3. Subscription and payment

Tenora offers a paid subscription at €9.99/month. Payments are processed by Stripe. You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. After cancellation, you retain access until the end of your billing period. We offer a 7-day free trial for new users.

4. Acceptable use

You may only upload documents that belong to you or that you have permission to use. You may not use Tenora for fraudulent purposes, upload illegal content, or attempt to access other users' data.

5. Your content

You retain ownership of all documents and data you upload. We do not claim any rights over your content. We only access your data to provide the service (generating PDFs, creating share links, etc.).

6. Limitation of liability

Tenora is provided as-is. We do our best to keep the service available and your data secure, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for decisions made by landlords or realtors based on your dossier.

7. Account termination

You can delete your account at any time. This permanently removes all your data. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. If we make significant changes, we will notify you by email. Continued use of Tenora after changes constitutes acceptance.

9. Applicable law

These terms are governed by Dutch law. Any disputes will be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.
