Legally binding
Under Dutch law (Article 3:15a Civil Code) and the EU eIDAS Regulation (910/2014), an electronic signature has the same legal force as a handwritten signature. For most contracts — including rental agreements — a simple electronic signature (SES) is sufficient. Tenora records all required metadata for a robust audit trail.
